Nonprofit organization for writers. Provides facilitated workshops in safe, accessible and respectful environments for people to write and share. Holds community readings to promote the exchange of stories. Publishes anthologies to connect writers and readers.

hours:10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday, Thursday and Saturday; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; noon-5 p.m., Sunday.
Most metro area libraries have "cultural passes" you can check out for free with your library card. Multnomah County's Cultural Pass is good at the Portland Children's Museum.
