DUII program, addiction treatment, gambling, dual diagnosis, youth addictions for Multnomah, Washington and Marion counties.  Now offering treatment services to the LGBTQ community.

Faith based recovery program through the eight recovery principles found in the Bible in the Beatitudes and through the Christ-centered 12 Steps.

Outpatient alcohol and drug treatment, acupuncture, mentor program.

Faith based recovery program. Program is residential treatment. Men's long-term recovery is a 9-month to 2-year program with counseling and other services. Men's short-term recovery, 3-6 month program with group study sessions of the Bible, AA Big Book and 12-Step meetings.

Outpatient methadone clinic and referrals to additional treatment centers.

Gender-specific outpatient addiction treatment services.

In-patient medical detox (5-7 days), CHIERS (24-hour sobering station can receive up to 6 people at a time). Sub-acute medical facility with 24-hour nurse staff and doctors on- call, counseling and referrals.

Drug and alcohol outpatient; women's trauma recovery; and men's group programs (DUI certified)

Youth, adult, DUI, child and family.

Dual diagnosis program, case managers, residential options, drug and alcohol treatment, activities, and other social supports. Not a walk-in clinic.

Drug and alcohol referral for people begining enrollment with Dept. of Community Justice, or have a parole officer.

8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Additional services, including work development, counselingand transitional housing. Case management for inpatient drug and alcohol treatment.

Adult outpatient services, DUI, related programs. Also referrals to Provicence detox.

SMHS is based in Beaverton, Oregon and serves adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Washington County. Services provided by SMHS are funded through a variety of public funds including Medicaid, OHP, Medicare and some commercial insurance. Services can include Individual/Group Therapy, Family Education/Therapy, Case Management : Intensive Community Outreach, Alcohol and Drug Treatment, Psychiatric Medication Management, and Supported Employment.

12-14-month faith-based residency program for men age 18 and older. Residents also work at the thrift shop at the same location.

Outpatient, DUI recovery services.

Recovery meetings: AA, NA, GA, CMA, Al-Anon, Nar-Anon. Call for meeting schedules.

Alcohol and drug counseling and management, 12-step classes, after care in a transitional phase. Intake, referral and transport to the Christian based, non-smoking co-ed recovery home in Battleground, Wash.
