Multiple programs for adults and youths, including basic health care and referrals, a needle exchange program, acupuncture treatments, tattoo removal, general medicine, naturopath, HIV-STD testing and counseling. Provides a combination of Eastern and Western approaches to medicine. Se habla Espanol. Sliding scale $10 minimum.  Only serves Multnomah County Residents.

8:30 a.m.-until full; Monday-Friday; additional 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday until full. Every 2nd Tues. of month open at 12:00 noon.
