Health center for low income families.  Sliding scale to age 21 only, for the under/uninsured only.  Accepts Oregon Health Plan and other insurance.  


Our hours are Mon-Fri., 9:00 to 5:00. We have physicians 5 days per week. Appointments are scheduled from 9:00 to 3:30. Walk-ins are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
