Provee vivenda subsidiada para individuos y familias quienes pagan por lo menos un 30% de renta de su ingreso. Provee referencias para consejería de embargo, compra, hipoteca inversa y consejería en presupuesto.

Servicios para mujeres solteras o con niños que estan escapando de violencia doméstica, o que han sido víctimas de abuso sexual. Las mujeres que estan en el albergue reciben consejería y manejo de casos para comenzar  el proceso de sanación y para planear su futuro. Las residentes reciben artículos de primera necesidad como: ropa, comida y productos de higiene personal. No se aceptan varones mayores de 18  años.

Spay and Save program is an initiative of the Animal Shelter Alliance of Portland in which spay or neuter surgeries are offered to the cats of low income people for a fee of only $10. All cats are welcome, whether they are owned, stray or feral. To qualify, the person bringing in the cat(s) must be currently receiving government assistance such as Medicaid, WIC, Food Stamps, SSI, Section 8 public housing, AFDC, TANF or other government assistance programs. They must also be a resident of Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas or Clark Counties.

St. Andrew Legal Clinic is a community-based non-profit organization that provides quality legal services, in the area of family law, to low income individuals and families in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties.
