Sequoia Mental Health Services

SMHS is based in Beaverton, Oregon and serves adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Washington County. Services provided by SMHS are funded through a variety of public funds including Medicaid, OHP, Medicare and some commercial insurance. Services can include Individual/Group Therapy, Family Education/Therapy, Case Management : Intensive Community Outreach, Alcohol and Drug Treatment, Psychiatric Medication Management, and Supported Employment.
