The name is misleading- Oregon doesn't have "stamps" any more.  Now the benefits are available through the Oregon Trail Card, which works like a bank debit card at the grocery store.  www.Oregonhelps.org is free and confidential and estimates your food stamp benefits, provides downloadable applications, and includes detailed information on other useful programs.
